OK - it's my own book but that's no reason not to mention it! It's like me, short and simple! It explains how our normal, sad, crazy little minds work against us, not for us. Armed with that understanding, you can then follow the simple, practical and (as my clients tell me) life-changing exercises, ideas and tips, so that you can start changing your life into the one that you really want. It's not about positive thinking (even though that's what the publisher's blurb says on the back!), it's not a feel-good book (like a lot of personal development books are), it's a book of simple facts and instructions - it tells you HOW TO gain control of your all-powerful subconscious mind because, once you control your mind you control your own life. At present, your subconscious mind (which is out of control) creates the normal not-so-bad life that you think you're living. But, in fact, you're just going through the motions when compared to the happy and successful life that is just waiting to happen - all you've got to do is get your subconscious focused and working in the direction that you, yourself want. Everyone can grasp control of their lives - everyone can "set their mind" to achieve a level of success and happiness that normal people can only dream of. To Succeed Just Let Go is like a road-map, a user's manual for your mind. I would highly recommend this little book (but I would, wouldn't I!).
