You shouldn’t worry about what other people think of you.   They don’t!   They’re worrying about what you think of them.   And, so, no one really experiences what’s actually going on – whether it’s meeting the cool blonde at the bar, trying to impress in that interview or making that presentation to a new client.

If you’re worried about the impression you’re making, you’re not making one!   Because part of you has started watching you – in other words, all of you isn’t doing what you’re supposed to be doing and a divided mind will always fail.  If you’re not all there, it’s impossible to make a good impression.   Why not be impressive?   Why not turn up to the here and now to a greater extent than all the “normal” people.  Why not have presence?

Train your mind to pay attention to what you’re actually supposed to be doing here and now and stop paying attention to all the other nonsense.   After all, other than now, nothing else really matters.
