If you meditate regularly there's a great danger that it will become routine. And once anything becomes routine its effects wear off because we do all our routine tasks mindlessly. So there's no such thing as a good habit - even if it's something as inherently beneficial as meditation. You need to make sure that you mix it up, play around, do different things at different times - otherwise you'll begin to feel that you're not benefitting - and that's a slippery slope back to oblivion...
